Even better? You can also swap the basil for any in-season herbs you like, including spinach, parsley or arugula!
Place the garlic in your food processor and pulse until chopped. Add the tahini, parmesan, basil and lemon juice and process until smooth. With the processor running add the olive oil in a steady stream, processing till smooth and well combined. Serve or store, covered in the fridge till ready to use.
