This classic, retro dressing gets an upgrade thanks to the addition of nutty, savory tahini! This bright, colorful recipe is great on salads (we love it on our Quinoa Kale Salad) but is also a perfect dip for raw vegetables and is delicious on your favorite seafood too!
And feel free to switch up the ingredients! You can swap the mayo for sour cream or Greek yogurt and use your choice of herbs based on what’s available and what you love. Just be sure to keep the total amount to 1 1/2 – 2 cups to ensure that vibrant green color!
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend till smooth. Dressing can be thinned out with water if a thinner consistency is desired. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
