You can double the ingredients and make these bars in a 9” x 13” pan.
Butter can be substituted with margarine or a non-dairy spread.
White chocolate chips can be substituted with milk, dark, or dairy-free chocolate chips.
Cracker crumbs can be substituted with anything you like! Graham crackers, chocolate wafer cookies, saltines, corn flakes – just be sure to create enough crumbs to measure 1 cup!
