This easy smoothie is quick, delicious, and naturally sugar free! Whole, pitted dates provide sweetness and flavor so you can skip the processed sugar. For the best results always blend the dates before adding the rest of your ingredients!
Place the dates in your blender and blend till well broken down. Add the ice, tahini, banana 1/2 cup of milk and cinnamon. Blend till smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. If too thick add more milk, a bit at a time, till the desired consistency is achieved. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
